Pricing, credits, MCP, and what happens when balance hits zero. For plans, see /pricing.
What is CloudPloy?
CloudPloy is deploy-from-your-AI-tool infrastructure. Create an API key, connect Claude Code / Cursor / any MCP client, and deploy. Bring your own server or provision at the provider's exact rate. Flat plan covers the control plane; prepaid credits pay for compute we provision. BYO servers never touch credits.
How does pricing work?
Free forever covers one small server and one app (max 2 vCPU / 2 GB RAM). Paid plans: Starter $9.99/mo (up to 3 servers), Pro $19/mo (up to 10), Scale $39/mo (uncapped). Compute we provision is billed at the provider's exact rate from your credit balance. Servers you bring yourself never touch the credit balance.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free forever: 1 server, 1 app, max 2 vCPU / 2 GB RAM. We will not support a bigger box on Free. Starter, Pro, or Scale if you need more. Top up credits only when you want CloudPloy to provision compute for you.
Which languages and frameworks are supported?
Polyglot by default via Nixpacks: Node, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby, Java, PHP, Deno, and static sites. WordPress and Laravel stay as one-click presets for teams that want them.
Which cloud providers work?
Provision from Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or AWS, or connect any Ubuntu box you already own over SSH. You keep the cloud account; we never mark up the provider's rate.
What happens if my credit balance hits zero?
Servers we provisioned are stopped, then destroyed after a 7-day grace period if you do not top up. Servers you brought yourself keep running; we only stop CloudPloy-side service (routing, SSL, deploys) if the plan lapses.
Can I deploy from an AI agent?
Yes. Create a scoped API token in team settings, connect over MCP HTTP transport, and your agent can list servers, estimate cost, deploy, provision, or destroy within the abilities you grant. See /mcp.
Do I need DevOps experience?
No. Connect a server (or let us provision one), point at a git repo, and deploy. SSL, containers, and routing are handled for you. Power users still get env vars, domains, logs, and a full API.
